Archive Tagholders in AmanoNet
PrintArchiving Tagholders
The Archive Tagholders choice lets you archive Employee and Visitor Tagholder and transaction information.
To do this, continue as follows:
Archive Employee Tagholders
- In Access, from the Menu Bar, select Configuration.
- Click on the Maintenance menu choice.
- Select the Archive Tagholders radio button.
- Click the button to accept.
This will produce a list of Tagholders who are currently not assigned a tag.
You may archive one at time or use the Ctl key or Shift Key to multiselect and archive multiple tagholders.
